Projects in Progress

The Suisun City Redevelopment Agency has been hard at work for over a decade now revitalizing the Waterfront District, changing it from a mix of industrial businesses to a pedestrian-friendly community filled with businesses, activities, and services for both the professional and the recreational enthusiast. Several commercial projects are underway.

New Retail Development

The Redevelopment Agency is working with developers on the Gentry Development project bordered by Highway 12, Pennsylvania, Cordelia Road, and Ledgewood Creek. This pedestrian friendly development will be able to service the needs of those living in the single-family townhomes or condominiums with a mix of retail tenants consisting of small shops, general merchandise stores, a home improvement center and service providers.
